Two months has passed by already and I can’t even begin to explain what a wonderful feeling it is to be your mother. You are such a sweet blessing and so full of joy! At this age you are laughing and cooing every chance you get you are very alert. You pick up sound and look around to see where it’s coming from with your big beedy eyes. I can’t believe how strong you are too, besides holding up your head, you overcame a very bad virus at such a young age. You kicked the RSV virus in the ass, although I was such a hot mess crying while I waited for you to get past it.
You are also very straight forward in what you want. If you’re hungry, tired, gassy or need a diaper change you make it known that you are uncomfortable and once we fix that issue you are such a happy baby, which makes being a mommy to you pretty easy right now (not to jinx it). Life has been such a learning experience for me with you around. I’m learning to be patient, a multi-tasker and much more observant around you. Drake has come to love you a lot more, because you’re no longer a newborn with no interactions, you love to giggle and play with him. Drake loves to give you hugs and kisses and is always watching out for you when you cry. You’re very lucky to be born into a family with siblings that love you so much. I can’t wait to see what new fun surprises you have up your sleeve in the future.
